I build the revenue architecture behind digital growth.
Most companies plan from the inside out — their org chart, their roadmap, their marketing priorities. I start from the outside in, mapping how markets behave and designing the pathways customers choose.
Two things you should know about me.
I've always been able to find an angle in the circle, and I have always loved sharing stories.
I've turned those two instincts into a 20-year career as a digital business leader, guiding eCommerce growth and omnichannel transformation at the intersection of better customer experience and real business impact. My track record is built on a capacity to read and optimize complex market ecosystems — and an ability to help leaders understand go-to-market strategy and harmonize around shared objectives.
I don't manage buzzwords. I collaborate across teams — marketing, sales, finance, and technology — to deliver financial results. I'm fluent in all four, which is what lets me get into the corners of the value chain, refine the KPIs that matter, and translate technical capability into commercial outcomes.
That work has spanned global websites, marketplaces, channel sites, and direct-to-customer models around the world for companies including 3M, Solventum, and Wells Fargo — and, lately, fractional go-to-market strategy for early-stage technology companies entering regulated markets.
Most commerce problems are actually questions nobody's asked out loud yet.
Here are the ones I get hired to answer.
Is Amazon your most valuable channel — or your most expensive habit?
Your customers are asking an AI what to buy. Are you the answer, or the footnote?
Should you sell direct — and do you actually know what it's costing you not to?
You're three years behind on eCommerce. Everyone is. So where do you actually start?
Same price everywhere — or do you hold the line where the margin actually lives?
Symptoms often appear as margin pains. Diagnosing the problem requires inspecting the channels and systems beneath them.
Where complexity becomes clarity.

I help organizations build the operating model that fits the market — not the market around the org chart.
Total Market Viability™ is a framework I developed to turn an outside-in read of a market into an operating model — built with the leaders who run it, not handed to them. Most companies size a market by its dollars (TAM) and the slice their current distribution can serve (SAM), then quietly accept that existing coverage as the ceiling. That's the trap: a market's ecosystem is defined by the customers moving through it, not the companies selling into it. TMV reverses the assessment — unifying a clear view of the market ecosystem with the company's own objectives. Because a map alone isn't a strategy; you have to know where you stand, and where you want to go. From there, it answers three questions in order.
Where to play
Not a demand-sizing exercise — a demand optimization strategy. TMV maps the market's omnichannel ecosystem the way customers actually live it — discovery, selection, purchase, and use — and pinpoints the critical touchpoints a brand has to hold across the full lifecycle, wherever they sit.
What it's worth
That unified view of touchpoints widens the lens from a keyhole on the transaction to full customer lifetime value — and surfaces the operational requirements to earn, hold, and measure that value over time.
How to win it
Winning is the coverage and pathways customers choose — made affordable. Full value comes from the marketing technology and workflow systems that serve every touchpoint without a new team for each, with cost-to-acquire and cost-to-serve designed in.
Inside-out planning asks what you can sell, and who you can already reach. TMV asks where customers actually move, what they're worth, and the efficient path to serve them — so you don't just enter a market, you command the space you wish to occupy.
Proof, not a pitch.
VP eCommerce and DTC searches tend to reach for the same handful of things. I've already run each one — at global scale. If you see your mandate below, let's talk.
These aren't boxes I'm hoping to check for you — they're problems I've already solved, at scale. The right role is the one that needs exactly that.
A few of the angles I found.
Turning Amazon from footnote to flagship
An Amazon partnership treated as a distribution afterthought, generating under $2M and ranked outside the top 40 accounts.
Built a marketplace acceleration program spanning Seller/Vendor Central, A+ content, and a $50K→$2M+ advertising strategy. Result: a top-10 channel partner at 79% CAGR over four years — and a replicable playbook for Target, Walmart, and Home Depot.
AI-powered product discovery
Buyers struggled to find the right product across a sprawling catalog, suppressing conversion and new-customer acquisition.
Led full-cycle deployment of Zoovu semantic AI — gap diagnosis, vendor selection, and activation across the USA, Canada, Brazil, UK, and France. 12× the category conversion benchmark and 78% new-to-brand purchasing on Amazon.
Personalization at enterprise scale
Behavioral signals weren't connected to content decisions, leaving engagement and conversion on the table.
Activated an Adobe-based AI personalization engine across data science, analytics, content, and automation. 3× engagement lift and 5× conversion uplift.
Rebuilding the lead engine
Fragmented forms and broken routing meant qualified demand leaked out before sales ever saw it.
Re-architected the lead infrastructure end-to-end — intake, matching, routing, and measurement. 600% increase in marketing-qualified leads within one year.
